Design: Camp layout
RCS offers a service to design and configure systems to meet your requirements, be it a simple clinic or a 2000 person camp or hospital.
Installation and commissioning: Installation
RCS can provide experienced installation teams capable of setting up and commissioning systems, thereby saving time and reducing risk during construction.
Maintenance: Maintenance
Although our customers typically operate and maintain their own systems and camps, we will provide a maintenance service on request.
Power Generation and Distribution: Generator
RCS offers complete power generation and distribution solutions designed to requirements, from 20KVA to multiple auto-syncronized gensets of 250KVA or more. Distribution boards, cables and end-user facilities are designed according to the Plug-and-Play principle to facilitate redeployment.
Redeployment: Redeployment
While many of the facilities we provide may well remain in the same location for 10 years or more, RCS prides itself in providing camp systems which can be rapidly relocated without leaving a footprint that is harmful to the environment. RCS will gladly assist our customers in relocating their camp systems.
Sewage Treatment and Waste Management: Redeployable biological sewage treatment plants are designed to the required capacity and produce effluent that can safely be returned to the environment. RCS provides systems to manage wet and dry waste disposal by utilizing incinerators.
Training: On site training
Training on site or prior to deployment is recommended and indeed specified by clients in many of our contracts. This ensures that personnel setting up and operating the systems are able to do so efficiently and are competent to carry out routine maintenance. RCS will provide training and uset manuals to the client in order to assist in prolonging the lifespan of the structures and systems.
Transport and Logistics: Transport
RCS will arrange all transport and logistic support required, making use of experienced and specialised service providers.
Water purification, storage and reticulation: Purification System
Our water purification systems - whether trailer mounted or containerized - include sedimentation, filtration, chlorination, sterilization and reverse osmosis processes to produce potable water meeting South African and World standards. Water storage may be in bladders or tanks while the use of quick couplings in the Plug-and-Play reticulation design assures flexibilty.
